Sculpt and tone your legs with our 25-minute Lower Body Strength class at Fit 'N Fierce. Our specialized workout will help you build lower body strength, improve muscle tone, improve endurance, and enhance overall stabilty. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, our program is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their overall wellness and strength. Lower Body Strength of just one out of three of our Strength Training classes. These classes are stacked back-to-back and rotate from week to week. It's suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to enthusiasts.

Cancellation Policy

Two Client Minimum Policy If any class has ONLY ONE participant booked 1 (one) hour before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. If any class has ZERO participants booked 2 (two) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. If any 5:00am, 5:30am, or 6:00am class has ONLY ONE participant booked 7 (seven) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy All fitness classes must be canceled 12 hours prior to the class starting in order to receive a credit or refund. All private sessions must be canceled 24 hours prior to the session starting in order to receive a credit or refund. If any 5:00am, 5:30am, or 6:00am class has ZERO participants booked 10 (ten) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled.
