Join us at Fit ‘N Fierce for our Barre(ish) class! Barre(ish) is a full-body workout that blends elements of Barre and strength training to sculpt and tone muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This low-impact yet high-intensity class focuses on controlled movements, small isometric holds, and high repetitions to build endurance and definition. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises and light resistance, experience a challenging yet accessible workout that leaves you feeling strong, graceful, and energized. Perfect for all fitness levels, Barre(ish) gives you everything you love about Barre fitness, but without the barre.

Cancellation Policy
Two Client Minimum Policy If any class has ONLY ONE participant booked 1 (one) hour before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. If any class has ZERO participants booked 2 (two) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. If any 5:00am, 5:30am, or 6:00am class has ONLY ONE participant booked 7 (seven) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy All fitness classes must be canceled 12 hours prior to the class starting in order to receive a credit or refund. All private sessions must be canceled 24 hours prior to the session starting in order to receive a credit or refund. If any 5:00am, 5:30am, or 6:00am class has ZERO participants booked 10 (ten) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled.
