MONDAY MARCH 24th at 9:30am

Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness in our Pilates Mat class at Fit 'N Fierce! This class focuses on controlled movements, proper alignment, and breathwork to build a strong, balanced body. Using just a mat and your own body weight, you'll engage in a series of low-impact exercises designed to improve posture, stability, and overall strength. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, our Pilates Mat class offers modifications to suit all levels. Join us to feel longer, stronger, and more connected to your body!

TUESDAY MARCH 25th at 9:30am

High Fitness gives you a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio, toning, and push tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. LOW is a lower impact, steady state cardio workout. TONE is a low impact, full-body toning workout. These no-equipment and low-equipment formats use simple, set choreography and will become the cardio/toning workouts you never dread. High Fitness is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can tone or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH.

WEDNESDAY MARCH 26th at 9:30am

Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and sculpt with our high-energy Body Blast class at Fit ‘N Fierce. Combine steady state cardio with HIIT interval training and core to get a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized. Burn calories and build muscle with this challenging and effective workout designed to push you to your limit and get the results you want. Designed for all fitness levels, each session includes dynamic exercises that keep you motivated and engaged. Whether you're looking to tone up, increase stamina, or just have fun while working out, Body Blast delivers results. Join us and push your limits—your body will thank you!

THURSDAY MARCH 27th at 9:30am

Shake up your fitness routine with our Hip Hop Fitness class at Fit 'N Fierce. This fun dance fitness program combines a variety of music with easy-to-follow moves that will have you sweating and smiling in no time. Perfect for all fitness levels, our hip hop fitness classes are a great way to add some excitement to your workout routine. Your instructor will have you moving and grooving to the beat while burning calories and toning your body. Come join us for a dance party that will leave you feeling fabulous.

FRIDAY MARCH 28th at 9:30am

Join us at Fit ‘N Fierce for our Barre Body class! Barre Body is a full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt and tone muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This low-impact yet high-intensity class focuses on controlled movements, small isometric holds, and high repetitions to build endurance and definition. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises and light resistance, experience a challenging yet accessible workout that leaves you feeling strong, graceful, and energized. Perfect for all fitness levels, Barre Body gives you everything you love about Barre fitness, but without the barre.

LOVE Body Blast! What a great workout when you are looking for a class that combines high cardio and also weight training. I feel the burn everywhere after this class.

This class (Barre) is no joke... it literally kicks my butt! It looks so easy but man it is not haha always so sore but the good kind of sore. Can't wait to go back! 🍑🔥

I have been looking for a place that offers dance fitness classes that incorporate cardio and strength training, as well as some light choreography mixed in to challenge my brain as well. High Fitness and Hip Hop Fitness combined all the aspects that I was hoping to find!
